The authors are requested to prepare their typescripts as per the given instructions/specifications. It should be noted that the review process is solely depend upon the significance of the work and the care used by authors to represent it in the form of their typescripts. Therefore, the authors are strongly encouraged to read these instructions carefully before preparing and submitting their typescripts for publication so as to make sure of meeting the content and format requirements. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.


Typescript Submission

All typescripts should be submitted to INTJAS@outlook.com (IJAS) in electronic MS word form. No responsibility is assumed by the publisher for any injury and/or damage to persons or property as a matter of products liability, negligence or otherwise, or from any use or operation of any methods, products, instructions or ideas contained in the material herein. The respective individual authors are responsible for the facts and views expressed in their articles. Authors are solely responsible for their typescripts and data published in the journals and any mistakes in the published articles. The publisher does not take any such responsibilities. Copying and reproducing any parts of the published articles should be duly acknowledged, otherwise, it will be considered as an offence as per international law.

Prospective authors should note that only original and previously unpublished typescripts will be considered. Furthermore, simultaneous submissions are not acceptable. Submission of a typescript is interpreted as a statement of certification that no part of the typescript is copyrighted by any other publication nor is under review by any other formal publication. It is the primary responsibility of the author to obtain proper permission for the use of any copyrighted materials in the typescript, prior to the submission of the typescript to IJAS.

Submission also implies that the corresponding author has consent of all authors. Whenever applicable, submissions must include the following elements: title, authors, affiliations, contacts, abstract, keywords, introduction, main text, conclusions, appendixesif any, acknowledgement, references, and biographies.

Upon acceptance for publication, transfer of copyright will be made to IJAS. Authors will be requested to pay a mandatory publication charge. Paper submission implies author’s agreement with this policy.

Typescripts should be written only in English. Other languages will not be accepted. Authors are advised to read the IJAS Format.doc and IJAS Template.doc and follow the template of the final version at this stage. A submitted paper should be written in at least 5 pages or no more than 20 pages and sent in the form of author name-paper title". 

Authors may suggest/recommend 2-4 reviewers when submitting their articles together with Submission From.doc, by providing us with the reviewers' title, full name and contact information. The editor will decide whether the recommendations will be used or not.

Revised and Final Version

__________________________________________________________________________________________________

   Revised version should follow the same requirements as for the final version to format the paper, plus a short summary about the author’s modifications and author's response to reviewer's comments.

   Authors are requested to use the IJAS Format for preparing the final camera-ready version. An example paper is available. Authors are requested to strictly follow the guidelines specified in the template. Only DOC format is acceptable. Authors should submit their revised paper electronically to IJAS submission email address. Please always quote the paper ID in the submissions and any further enquiries.

Authors will receive the acceptance notification by email from our Editorial Department, with the guidelines of how to finalize the other publication procedures. 


Galley Proofs

Galley proofs would be sent unless indicated otherwise to the corresponding author. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure that the galley proofs are to be returned without delay with correction (if any). The authors are responsible for the contents appeared in their published typescript. 


Copyright Transfer

   The copyright to this article is transferred to International Journal of Academic Studies (IJASif and when the article is accepted for publication. The undersigned hereby transfers any and all rights in and to the paper including without limitation all copyrights to IJAS. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.

I/We indemnify IJAS and the Editors, and hold them harmless from any loss, expense or damage occasioned by a claim or suit by a third party for copyright infringement, or any suit arising out of any breach of the foregoing warranties as a result of publication of my/our article. I/We also warrant that the article contains no libelous or unlawful statements and does not contain material or instructions that might cause harm or injury.

The author(s) would be required to download the Copyright Form.doc once the typescript is accepted. The author(s) can sign and send the form to us as an attachment file through email and along with the publication charges.


Publication Charges

IJAS is an initiative to provide quality publishing platform for research scholars. All the papers are published after successful peer review by qualified researchers.

We cover the costs partially through article processing fees. Our expenses are split among editorial costs, electronic composition and production, journal information system, typescript management system, electronic archiving, paper printingoverhead expenses and administrative costs. Moreover, we are providing research paper publishing in minimum available cost.

The authors will be requested to pay certain publication fee for an accepted paper and this may be intimated within one week from the date of acceptance notification. The publication charges are mandatory. The modes and amount of fee payment will also be intimated in the acceptance email letter. The authors can get two copies of printed journal of the issue (to same address) for free and order extra hard copies with a price of USD $40 for one copy. And the delivery will be free of charge.
